The Goji Berry Jam is a delicious orange-red colored homestyle jam/puree that was made without any additives, sugars, sweeteners or preservatives.
It is a tasty all natural fruit jam made from organic Goji berries (Lycium barbarum) cultivated in Romania.
Due to the high amount of natural sugars found in the berries, called Lycium barbarum polysaccharides (LBP), there is no need for any additional sweetening of the product as it has a natural sweet taste, making it a favorite choice of jam for any household, ideal for breakfast, cooking and for baking.
During the manufacturing process, we use only the highest quality hand picked organic Goji berries in order to provide our customers with a unique product in its purest form and of an unmatched quality.
Goji berries have been classified as a superfood and have been found to contain antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, amino acids, polysaccharides (LBP), monosaccharides, unsaturated fatty acids and many phenolic compounds, flavonoids and phytosterols.
Each 100g of freeze dried Goji berries contain 10g of proteins, 16g of fibers and 57g of complex carbohydrates.

LYOPHILISATION - To dry our Goji Berries and leaves, we use state of the art freeze dryers that ensure the preservation of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and other beneficial compounds. These compounds are very volatile and sensitive to all other heat based drying methods. Only freeze drying ensures 97% preservation of all phytonutrients, extending the shelf life of the products substantially.
